Back in 2016, our founder Bill was traveling abroad on business when he noticed something striking: everywhere he went, people were quietly struggling with hair loss. Young or old, it didn't matter — the look in their eyes was often the same. A quiet loss of confidence. A sense of being less than who they used to be.

something deeply personal. For years, the only answer was traditional wigs — heavy, unnatural,

Bill knew there had to be something better. A good hair system isn't just hair — it
